December t6,2009 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—FIRE STATION NO,4 BUILDING <br /> ENVELOPE REPAIRS <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Blanc to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.2 to the <br /> professional services agreement between the city of Everett and JRS <br /> Engineering Corporation for additional field services at the Fire <br /> Station No.4—Building Envelope Repairs project In the amount of <br /> $16,000.00. <br /> Roll was called with all cnuncil members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.2 to the <br /> professional services agreement between the city of Everett and <br /> HDR Engineering,Inc.for design and construction support for the <br /> Riverfront Development. <br /> Council Member Olson inquired as to whether we have paid HDR for <br /> design services for this project.Dave Davis.Engineering.responded yes <br /> for specific elements of the project.Council Member Olson also asked if <br /> the delay is needed and whether this will cost the city additional money. <br /> De.Davis stated that the city asked .he delay and that if there are <br /> specification or expectation changes them may be the potential for <br /> additional charges. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 375 <br />
