( , <br /> December 1e,2009 <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING—PUGET SOUND REGIONAL <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign the memorandum of <br /> understanding for planning coordination and cooperation with the <br /> Puget Sound Regional Council. <br /> Roll was cased with all roundmembers voting yes except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was ecused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—HOMELAND SECURITY PROGRAM <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> AOholter to authorize the Mayor to sign Snohomish County <br /> Amendment B to contract E09-181 which will increase the State <br /> Homeland Security award amount by 920,000.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.091150 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing the basic salary schedule for <br /> employees of the city of Everett for 2010,repeating Ordinance <br /> No.3109-0S <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member Roberts <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 370 <br />
