December 16,2009 <br /> 0911-50 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts,Olson,Hatloe,Gipson,Nielsen,Aff holler <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Stonecipher <br /> Ordinance No.3184-09 adopted. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL 110.0911-49 <br /> President Hatloe opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No.0911- <br /> 49,a proposed ordinance approving site plan modifications to Planned <br /> Residential Development No.PRD 79-006,to allow an expansion of the <br /> community building at Everett Housing Authority's Pine View Community <br /> Center. <br /> John Jimerson,Planning,presented a brief slide show to provide an <br /> orientation of the proposal. <br /> Council Member Olson asked if there had been any opposition to the <br /> proposal. John Jimerson stated that no public testimony had been <br /> received. <br /> Council Member Upson inquired as to the need for traffic mitigation. <br /> John stated that the applicant has indicated that they intend to do some <br /> repairs to the internal road network. <br /> Rick Dorris, Everett Housing Authority, and Reid Shockey of <br /> Shockey/Brent were available for questions. <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll w called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 377 <br />
