January 20,2010 <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Paul Donnovan,Chair of the NW Neighborhood Association;Barb <br /> Lamoureux,Everett;Charlene Rawson,Port Gardner Neighborhood <br /> Association Chair;and Jacki Minchew,Everett;all spoke in supped of <br /> night meetings. <br /> David Mascarenas,Everett,requested that the upcoming public hearing <br /> related to the Riverside property be held ata night meeting. <br /> Marilyn Rosenberg,Everett,invited council members to Green Evere:'s <br /> hosting of Green Drinks to be held Wednesday,February 10,at Zippy s. <br /> They will also he showing the film,"Convenient Truth". <br /> Jeffry MoClimans,Everett,pointed out that citizen comments are limited to <br /> only three minutes while council comments can be much longer. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested that as this ordinance related to <br /> council meetings comes forward,questions that need to be addressed <br /> include what is the purpose of the day meeting agenda and what items <br /> would be on that agenda.She also noted that she has not received any <br /> correspondence asking for the retention of a day meeting. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Aftholter to approve the following consent Items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.6234 acknowledging Ne payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the city of Everett In the amount of <br /> $3,877,710.82 for the period of January 1,2010 through January 8, <br /> 2010. <br /> 14 <br />
