January 20,2010 <br /> Council Member Roberts asked that Administration provide updated <br /> information as quickly as possible to all council members. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> CHANGE ORDER=FIRE STATION N0,4—BUILDING ENVELOPE <br /> REPAIRS <br /> Moved by Council Member Affholter,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe to authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No.3 in the <br /> amount of$53,585.69 regarding the Fire Station No.4—Building <br /> Envelope Repairs Project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION—SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE <br /> Moved by Council Member Aflholtar,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to adopt Resolution No.6237 waiving public bidding <br /> requirements and approve a sole source purchase of one IVR 300 <br /> Firearms Training Simulator from VirTa Systems in the amount of <br /> $165,000 including Washington state sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all munch members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—POLICE OFFICER SCHEDULING SOFTWARE <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Aftholter to authorize the Mayor to sign the 72 month Teleataf <br /> license and annual service agreement with Principal Decision <br /> 17 <br />
