May 26,2010 <br /> BID AWARD-RECOVERED WATER OUTFAWWATER FILTRATION <br /> PLANT <br /> Moved by Council Member Ratios,seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore that the contract for the Recovered Water Outfall at the Water <br /> Filtration Plant Project be awarded to Stellar.1 Corporation, <br /> Woodland,WA,the lowest responsive bidder,based upon their <br /> proposal and unit bid of unit prices extended for the estimated total <br /> of$1,182,307.31 including Washington State sales tax as received at <br /> the bid opening held at 2:00 p.m.,May 9,2010. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Afthoher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-RECOVERED WATER OUTFALLNVATER FILTRATION <br /> PLANT <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with Cosmopolitan Engineering Group for construction <br /> engineering services for the Recovered Water Outfall at the Water <br /> Filtration Plant in the amount of$50,000.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member ARholler who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Hagoe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with Tetra Tech,Inc.W provide electrical engineering <br /> services for the Water Filtration Plant in the amount of$22,168.00. <br /> 150 <br />
