October27.2010 <br /> AGREEMENT—112ie STREET SE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatoe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Meyer to sign the Local Agency Standard <br /> Consultant Agreement with David Evans and Associates,Inc.for <br /> retaining wall design services on the 112•Street SE Improvement <br /> Project <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AMENDMENT—RIVERFRONT DEVEI OPMENT <br /> PUBLIC AMENITIES AND WETLAND ENHANCEMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Native to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.2 to <br /> the professional services agreement with MacLeod Reckord to <br /> provide added general engineering and management consulting and <br /> design services for the Riverfront Development project entitled <br /> "Public Amenities and Wetland Enhancements". <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberRoberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign the professional services <br /> agreement with the University of Washington which shall not exceed <br /> a maximum of$15,000. <br /> 304 <br />
