November 10,2010 <br /> $5,640,118.12 for the period of October 23,2010 through October 29, <br /> 2010 <br /> RESOLUTION-PAYROLL <br /> To adopt Resolution No.6325 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the city of Everett In the amount <br /> of$3,387,005.51 for the period ending October 23,2010 <br /> Roll was called for the consent items with all council members voting yes <br /> except Council Members Moore and Nielsen who ware excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL NO.1010-28 <br /> • <br /> President Roberts opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No. • <br /> 1010-28 amending the Shoreline Master Program relating to the <br /> Marshland Subarea Plan. <br /> Mary Cunningham,Planning,reviewed the three proposed changes. <br /> Council President Roberts reminded everyone that the proposed <br /> amendments are the result of recommendations from the Department of <br /> Ecology after they reviewed our ordinance under the Shoreline Act. <br /> Hugh Henricksen.Everett,requested an extension of time before the city <br /> council votes on this matter due to its complexity. <br /> City council discussion ensued. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Affholter to close the public hearing. <br /> 320 <br />
