November 10,2010 <br /> Roll was celled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore and Nielsen who were excused. <br /> Moyer carried. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Afiholter to postpone the third and final reading of Council <br /> Bill No.1010.28 until the next possible city council meeting. <br /> Council President Roberts stated that unless there is an objection,this <br /> item will be postponed and brought back to the city council either the first <br /> or second week of December. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—ALLEN BUICK PROPERTY <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.6 to <br /> the property purchase agreement with Touchstone Corporation for <br /> the purchase and redevelopment of the Allen Buick Property <br /> extending the project period to January 16,2011. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting except Council Members <br /> Moore and Nielsen who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—INTERPRETING REJMBURSEMENT PROGRAM <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign the interlocal cooperative <br /> agreement between the State of Washington Administrative Office of <br /> the Courts and the Everett Municipal Court to continue the state- <br /> funding interpreting reimbursement program. <br /> 321 <br />
