November 10,2010 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore and Nielsen who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—RESTORATION/DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO.6 <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholtsr to authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocal agreement with <br /> the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife to receive a <br /> $100,000 grant for restoration of the former Drainage District No.6. <br /> John Gpoelsira,spoke in opposition to the action being taken related to <br /> Drainage Disidct No.6. <br /> Roll was called cub all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore and Nielsen who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING-2011 BUDGET HEARING <br /> Council Member Gipson followed up on his question from last week <br /> regarding medical benefits and requested that staff provide medical plan <br /> benefit comparables tel other municipalities. <br /> Council President Roberts stated that this is a public hearing and invited <br /> public comment.There was no response. <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Affhniter to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called tooth all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore and Nielsen who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 322 <br />
