January 19.2011 <br /> RESOLUTION-PAYROLL <br /> To adopt Resolution No.6345 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the city of Everett in the amount <br /> of$3,514,879.16 for the period ending January 1,2011. <br /> RESOLUTION—ELECTRONIC TRANSFER <br /> To adopt Resolution No.6346 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved electronic transfer claims against the city of Everett in <br /> the amount of$5,006,891.58 for the period of December 1 through <br /> December 31,2010. <br /> PURCHASE—BACKHOE <br /> To authorize the purchase of a Caterpillar 420E backhoe from <br /> Washington State Contact No.00410 in the amount of$83,737.84 <br /> including Washington State Sales Tax. <br /> Roll was called for the consent items with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—PURCHASE 528 MADISON <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher,to authorize the Mayor to sign a purchase and sale <br /> agreement with Janice Deckmann for the acquisition of property <br /> located at 528 Madison for park purposes. <br /> Joan Blacker.Everett.commented that she welcomes a park and <br /> suggested that allowing the South Everett Community Center use of the <br /> home might solve issues about safeguarding the premises. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 19 <br />
