January 26.2011 <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Council members again thanked the Mayor and members of the <br /> stakeholder committee for their work on the economic development <br /> report. <br /> Council Member Nielsen recognized that the Hewitt Avenue National <br /> Historic District designation was also an aspect of economic development. <br /> Council Member Gipson acknowledged that the four pages of <br /> accomplishments are a reflection that the city is doing a great job. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comment. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> There were no citizen comments. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.1101-01 <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Dating Code regarding Electric <br /> Vehicle Infrastructure amending Ordinance N. 1671-89, as <br /> amended(Title 19 EMC) <br /> Council Member Nielsen stated that the State has mandated changes to <br /> the code regarding electric vehicle infrastructure.He also acknowledged <br /> that the Planning Commission has approved this. <br /> Council Member Roberts reported that the Puget Sound Regional Council <br /> has had discussions regarding this issue. <br /> 25 <br />
