• <br /> March 30.2011 <br /> project is proposing to acquire a frontage strip of property on the north <br /> end of Thornton A.Sullivan Park that is roughly 12 feet wide and 85 feet <br /> long to build a sidewalk and non-motorized path,as a part of the widening <br /> protect.Consequently this package is submitted for the public record. <br /> • <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comment <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS •• <br /> Jackie Minchew of Everett remarked about the expense and waste <br /> caused by bottled water,and stated his opinion that the consumption of <br /> bottled water by elected officials at public meetings sends the wrong <br /> message. <br /> Ashley and Wendi Thomas of Everett spoke of their frustration with a <br /> neighbor who parks in a City-owned alleyway,blocking ingress and egress <br /> to the Thomas property,and with the lack of any effective response to <br /> their requests for City assistance with the problem. <br /> Discussion <br /> ensued about the evident need fora resolution to the situation, <br /> and abriefing will be given about coordination of the various policies and <br /> procedures in play at the April 13 meeting. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING <br /> Adopt resolution concerning 2011 Community Development Block <br /> Grant Annual Action Plan authorizing the Mayor to sign and submit <br /> the Annual Action Plan and application <br /> Presentation by Dave Koenig,Planning <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson,to approve the following consent items: <br /> 88 <br />
