EVALUATION FOR <br />AGENCY USE ONLY <br />The Docket Application request has no anticipated impact to this environmental <br />element. this proposal is limited to an evaluation of impacts related to a <br />comprehensive plan amendment request and concurrent rezone (with removal of <br />the HO). Tmpacts on Water (including surface water withdrawals/diversions) <br />would be reviewed at the future land -use proposal stage. Any future land use <br />project would need to meet City standards for surface water/drainage requirements. <br />5) Does the proposal lie within a 100-year floodplain? If so, note location on the <br />site plan. <br />The site is not located within a 100-year floodplain. <br />6) Does the proposal involve any discharges of waste materials to surface waters? <br />If so, describe the type of waste and anticipated volume of discharge. <br />The Docket Application request has no anticipated impact to this environmental <br />element. This proposal is limited to an evaluation of impacts related to a <br />comprehensive plan amendment request and concurrent rezone (with removal of <br />the HO). A future land use proposal would be required to meet City surface <br />water/stoitnwater requirements. <br />Public sewer is available to serve the site with proper extension/connection The <br />City has sewer lines serving the site from both a mid -point on the west (Norton <br />Ave) and from the northeast site comer (Grand Ave.), which are currently not in <br />use at the site. Extension of utilities would be required for future land use <br />development of the property. <br />b. Ground: <br />1) Will ground water be withdrawn from a well for drinking water or other <br />purposes? If so, give a general description of the well, proposed uses and <br />approximate quantities withdrawn from the well? Will water be discharged <br />to ground water? Give general description, purpose, and approximate <br />quantities if known. <br />The Docket Application request has no anticipated impact to this environmental <br />element. This proposal is limited to an evaluation of impacts related to a <br />comprehensive plan amendment request and concurrent rezone (with removal of <br />the HO). Impacts on Water (including ground water withdrawal/discharges) would <br />be reviewed in conjunction with a future land -use proposal in accordance with City <br />development regulations <br />There are no water wells on the site. Public water is available to serve the site with <br />proper extension/connection. The City has water lines serving the area, which <br />includes lines in Norton and Grand Avenues.
