EVALUATION FOR <br />AGENCY USE ONLY <br />2) Describe waste material that will be discharged into the ground from septic <br />tanks or other sources, if any (for example: Domestic sewage; industrial, <br />containing the following chemicals...; agricultural; etc.). Describe the general <br />size of the system, the number of such systems, the number of houses to be <br />served (if applicable), or the number of animals or humans the system(s) are <br />expected to serve. <br />This proposal is limited to an evaluation of impacts related to a comprehensive plan <br />amendment request and concurrent rezone (with removal of the HO). Impacts on <br />Water (including waste material discharged into the ground) would be reviewed in <br />conjunction with a future land -use proposal in accordance with City development <br />regulations <br />Public sewer is available to serve the site with proper extension. <br />c. Water Runoff (including storm water): <br />1) Describe the source of runoff (including storm water) and method of collection <br />and disposal, if any (include quantities, if known). Where will this water flow? <br />Will this water flow into other waters? If so, describe. <br />The Docket Application request has no anticipated impact to this environmental <br />element. This proposal is limited to an evaluation of impacts related to a <br />comprehensive plan amendment request and concurrent rezone (with removal of <br />the HO). <br />Any future development would need to provide storm water facilities consistent <br />with the requirements of the City and the City's adopted version of the Washington <br />State Depattalent of Ecology Stormwater Manual. There are sto.uu water catch <br />basins and. drainage mains located on portions of Grand Avenue abutting and/or <br />near the site <br />2) Could waste materials enter ground or surface waters? If so, generally <br />describe. <br />The Docket Application request has no anticipated impact to this environmental <br />element. This proposal is limited to an evaluation of impacts related to a <br />comprehensive plan amendment request and concurrent rezone (with removal of <br />the HO). <br />A minimal amount of oils, grease and other pollutants from paved areas could <br />potentially enter the ground or downstream surface waters through ninoff. As part <br />of any future development a drainage plan with potential water quality treatment <br />would be provided for storm water collected from pollution -generating surfaces. <br />3) Does the proposal alter or otherwise affect drainage patterns in the vicinity of <br />the site?
