List threatened or endangered species known to be on or near the site: <br />No Priority Habitats or Species are known to be on the site or were observed during <br />site visits. Research was conducted on the Washington Department of Fish and <br />Wildlife (WDFW) interactive map for Priority Habitats and Species. <br />d. Proposed landscaping, use of native plants, or other measures to preserve or <br />enhance vegetation on the site, if any: <br />the Docket Application request has no anticipated impact to this environmental <br />element. This proposal is limited to an evaluation of impacts related to a <br />comprehensive plan amendment request and concurrent rezone (with removal of the <br />HO). Impacts on Plants (including landscaping / preservation / enhancement) would <br />be reviewed in conjunction with a future land -use proposal in accordance with City <br />development regulations. At that time a landscaping plan would be required that meets <br />the requirements of the City. A Development Agreement is proposed for the entire <br />site to ensure that historic design features and project components enhance and <br />compliment the neighborhood. <br />e. List all noxious weeds and invasive species known to be on or near the site. <br />Common dandelion is located throughout the site, as well as some areas containing <br />creeping buttercup and white clover. <br />5. The site is <br />currently used by domestic pets and small rodents. <br />b. List any threatened or endangered species known to be on or near the site. <br />WDFW Priority Habitat and Species (PHS) Mapper does not show any Priority <br />Habitats on or immediately adjacent to the site. <br />c. Is the site part of a migration route?
