Proposed measures to preserve or enhance wildlife, if any: <br />The Docket Application request has no anticipated impact to this environmental <br />element. This proposal is limited to an evaluation of impacts related to a <br />comprehensive plan amendment request and concurrent rezone (with removal of the <br />HO) There is limited habitat on the site for wildlife use. With future development <br />there would be a loss of grass and treed areas that do provide some habitat for animals <br />acclimated to urban activities. <br />e. List any invasive animal species known to be on or near the site. <br />It is likely that within the area there are rodents, feral cats, etc. present on portions of <br />the site; however, no specific species have been observed or documented on this site. <br />6. ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES <br />a. What kinds of energy (electric, natural gas, oil, wood stove, solar) will be used to <br />meet the completed project's energy needs? Describe whether it will be used for <br />heating, manufacturing, etc. <br />As a non -project action, no construction/development is proposed. The Docket <br />Application request has no anticipated impact to this environmental element. This <br />proposal is limited to an evaluation of impacts related to a comprehensive plan <br />amendment request and concurrent rezone (with removal of the HO). Impacts on <br />Energy and Natural Resources (including energy needs) would be reviewed in <br />conjunction with a future land -use proposal in accordance with City development <br />regulations. <br />Electric and natural gas services are available to the site through extending the utilities. <br />b.
