CRA (core residential area) <br /> If the property you are interested in is included within one of the above-listed overlay zones,you should read the <br /> corresponding section in this title which pertains to that overlay zone. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> C. Overlay Zone.Some properties are also located in an area in which an overlay zone exists,which will be <br /> indicated on the zone map with one of the symbols shown below,attached as a suffix to the use zone.An overlay <br /> zone is a secondary zone which applies additional regulations or special review procedures, and which cannot be <br /> established without being attached to one of the use zones.The following zones are overlay zones: <br /> C-O (clinic-office) <br /> D (design) <br /> H (historic) <br /> PD (planned development) <br /> PRD (planned residential development) <br /> € D (floodway district} <br /> UFFD (urban flood fringe district} <br /> REED {rural flood fringe district) <br /> I (institutional) <br /> AC (airport compatibility) <br /> CRA (core residential area) <br /> If the property you are interested in is included within one of the above-listed overlay zones,you should read the <br /> corresponding section in this title which pertains to that overlay zone. <br /> Section 8.
