Section 4: That Chapter 1.62, City Code of the City of
<br />Everett, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to
<br />be known as Section 1. 62.803, which shall read as follows:
<br />"1.62.803 - Precinct No. 82. Precinct No. 82 is
<br />un - - y - Street; on the east
<br />by Commercial Avenue; on the south by Madison
<br />Avenue; and on the west by Beverly B1v' d . and
<br />Colby Avenues"
<br />Section 5: That Chapter 1.62, City Code of the City of
<br />Everett, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to
<br />be known as Section 1.62.804, which shall read as follows:
<br />"1.62.804 - Precinct N
<br />83. Precinct No. 83 is

<br />b undedont he north by the northline of Section
<br />32, T 29 N, R 5 E.W.M.; on the east by the east
<br />city limits; on the south by the north line of

<br />Section 6: That Chapter 1.62, City Code of the City of
<br />Everett, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to
<br />be known as Section 1.62 .805, which shall read as follows:

<br />of said Sec. 5 to the center of Sec. 5; thence
