Section 8: That Chapter 1.62 , City Code of the City of Everett, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to be known as Section 1.62.807, which shall read as follows: "1. 62.8o7 -- Precinct No. 86. Precinct No. 66. Beginning at the intersection of the old Broadway Cut-off and Madison Ave.; thence southerly along the old Broadway Cut-off to Jackson Ave.; thence westerly along Jackson Ave. to Wetmore Ave.; thence southerly along Wetmore Ave. to 73rd St.; thence westerly along 73rd St. to the Pacific Northwest Traction Go. Rightsof-way; thence southerly along the Pacific northwest Traction Co.
