Section 11: That Chapter 1.62, City Code of the City
<br />of Everett, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section
<br />to be known as Section 1.62.810, which shall read as follows:
<br />"1.62.810 - Precinct No. 89. Precinct No. 89.
<br />Beginning 'at the intersection of Beverly Blvd* and
<br />Beverly Drive; thence westerly along Beverly Drive
<br />to Evergreen Way; thence southerly along Evergreen
<br />Way to the south line of Beverly Home Tracts, Div.
<br />No. 2; thence westerly along the south line of
<br />Beverly Home Tracts, Div. No, 2 to Beverly Lane;
<br />thence southerly along Beverly Lane to the Beverly
<br />Park-Mukilteo Road (Casino Road) ; thence easterly
<br />along said Beverly Park-Muki,lteo Road to the
<br />Beverly Park -Edmonds Road; thence northeasterly
<br />along the Beverly ParkeEdmonds Road to the east
<br />and west centerline of Sec. 7, T 28 N, R 5 E.W.M.;
<br />thence easterly along the east and west centerline
<br />of Sec. 7, T 28 N, R 5 E.W.M. to Beverly Blvd.;
<br />thence northerly along Beverly Blvd. to the true
<br />point of beginning."
<br />Section 12: That Chapter 1.62, City Code of the City
<br />of Everett, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section
<br />to be known as Section 1062.811, which shall read as follows:
<br />"1. 62 0 811 - Precinct No a 90. Precinct No. 90.
<br />Beginning at the center of Seca 12, T 28 N, R 4
<br />E.W.M.; thence southerly along the north and
<br />south centerline of said Sec. 12, T 28 N, R 4
<br />E.W.M. to the north line of Si of the Si of said
<br />Sec. 12; thence westerly along the north line of the
<br />SI of the Si of said Sec. 12, T 28 N, R 4 E.W#MQ to
<br />the west line of said Sec* 12; thence continue
<br />westerly along the north line of Lots 17 thru 31,
<br />inclusive, of Beverly Berry Tracts, Div. No. 2,
<br />Sec. 11, T 28 N, R 4 E.W.M. to the north and south
<br />centerline of said Sec. 11, T 28 N, R 4 E 0W.M. ;
<br />thence southerly along the north and south center-
<br />line of said Sec. 11 to the Beverly Park-Mukilteo
<br />Road (also known as the Casino Road) ; thence
<br />easterly along the Beverly Park--Mukilteo Road to
<br />Beverly Lane; thence northerly along Beverly Lane

<br />Section 13: That Chapter 1.62, City Code of the City
<br />of Everett, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section
<br />to be known as Section 1.62.812, which shall read as follows:
<br />"1. 62 , 812 - Precinct No, 91 - Precinct No. 910
<br />bounded on the north by the north line of Sec. 18,
<br />T 28 N, R 5 E.W.M*; on the east by Farmers Road;
<br />on the south by the south line of said Sec. 18, T
<br />28 N, R 5 E.W.M. and south line of Sec. 13, T 28
<br />N, R 4 E.W.M., and on the west by Primary State
<br />Highway No, 1 (Evergreen Way)."
<br />Section 14: That Chapter 1.62, City Code of the City
<br />of Everett, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section
<br />to be known as Section 1.62 , d 13, which shall read as follows:
