Specify minimum 50 CFM fan in bathroom. <br /> 4. Fan and light are required to be on separate switches. <br /> 5. Specify insulation requirements for bathroom floor, walls and ceiling. <br /> 6. Projections in the 5'-0"side yard setback are required to be protected on the underside <br /> with one-hour fire-resistance rated construction.
