7. Walls with unbalanced backfill greater than 42"tall are required to be designed by a <br /> licensed structural engineer. Provide retaining wall designed by a licensed WA state <br /> structural engineer. <br /> 8. Provide gravity calculation for header at man-door supporting the girder truss. <br /> 9. Provide site plan per City of Everett Residential Submittal Checklist. Include owner <br /> information, dimensions (distance from building(s) to all property lines and length of all <br /> property lines). <br /> 10.
