The device was tested by the management on 7/1/2020 and found to be in working condition. It is the residents <br /> responsibility to test the device at least every six months, maintain the CARBON MONOXIDE detector in proper operating <br /> condition, and replace the batteries as needed. YOUR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTION <br /> DEVICE, INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF BATTERIES WHEN REQUIRED FOR ITS PROPER OPERATION, IS <br /> PUNISHABLE UNDER WASHINGTON LAW WITH FINES UP TO $200. You will not remove or tamper with a properly <br /> working carbon monoxide detector, including removing any working batteries. <br /> TESTING ALARM <br /> Test by pushing button on cover. This will sound alarm if all electronic circuitry, horn and battery are working.
