Commissioner Finch sated that the facility was a local and regional facility and was a service to the <br /> region not just the Everett Community as noted in Finding#6. He stated that Everett has taken on a <br /> large portion of county services in meeting regional demands. <br /> Motion: Commissioner Holland made a motion to close the public hearing.
