K. The Planning Commission held a series of public hearings on select proposed amendments on <br /> June 16, 2020, September 8th and September 15, 2020 at which time the Commission heard a <br /> staff presentation, public comments, and considered various aspects of the proposed <br /> amendments; and <br /> L. Notices of the proposed amendments to the comprehensive plan land use designations and <br /> implementing rezones were sent to the Washington State Department of Commerce. <br /> M. The City Council approved the following ordinances which taken together comprise the 2020 <br /> Comprehensive Plan (CP) annual docket: <br /> a. Ordinance No. 3768-20, Hope Covenant Church & Schmidt Properties Comprehensive <br /> Plan land use designation map and rezone amendments; <br /> b. Ordinance No. 3769-20, Evergreen Recovery Centers-Summit Campus Comprehensive <br /> Plan land use designation map and rezone amendments; and <br /> c. Ordinance No. 3773-20, Rethink Zoning. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1.
