• Otak will participate in up to one two-hour long workshop with City staff to understand the projects to be <br />developed as CIPs. <br />• Otak will develop up to four CIP projects for issues identified by the City. These CIP projects are assumed <br />to be similar in presentation and complexity as the CIP projects that are currently in the SWCP. An <br />allowance of up to $5,000 is budgeted for each CIP. If more complex solutions are needed, then <br />additional budget will need to be approved by Everett. Once the desired CIP projects are identified by <br />Everett, Otak will confirm that the $20,000 CIP budget will be adequate to develop the CIP projects. <br />• The City will consolidate and screen comments from reviewers to provide basis of direction to Otak. <br />Deliverables <br />Otak <br />• Bibliography for each basin (draft) <br />• Bibliography for each basin (up to one round of review) <br />• Two basin plans (draft) <br />• Two basin plans (final with one round of review) <br />• CIP Summary Sheet with description, cost and graphics <br />Everett <br />• City to do provide maps of the new basins consistent with those in the other basin plans. <br />420 Update Bibliography <br />Otak will update resources, reports, and studies reviewed in the various basin plans if they aren't in the original <br />plan. The bibliography will be updated. City will add new information or new projects from references to basin plan <br />text as desired. <br />Assurnp ions <br />• Otak will research and list up to six documents total (for all three watersheds) which have not been <br />included in the original basin plans. The executive summaries for these documents will be read to <br />determine whether they should be added as additional resources for the applicable basin plan. The City <br />may add to this list, but additional budget from the Management Reserve will need to approve by Everett <br />budget, prior to initiating review and documentation of any additional reference material <br />• The City will consolidate and screen comments from reviewers to provide basis of direction to Otak. <br />Deliverables <br />Otak <br />• Updated bibliography <br />Everett <br />• Text updates to projects or studies based on new bibliographic resources. <br />430 Update Identified Issues <br />The CIP lists in the watershed plans will be updated with additional CIPs and the status of projects completed <br />since the 2017 SWCP was adopted will be noted. Otak will update the identified issue severity rating matrix in the <br />applicable basin plan with the additional CIP, update the summary of identified issues table in the applicable basin <br />plan, incorporate the City -provided updated issues figure, update the applicable identified issues table, update the <br />cost -benefit ranking table of the projects, and update the recommended capital improvements projects table in <br />chapter 3 of Volume 1. <br />Receiving Waters Assessment and Update of Surface Water Comprehensive Plan <br />Scope of Work <br />9 <br />Otak <br />
