A draft of the <br /> updated SWCP will be presented to the City for review, Everett will use track changes to suggest text edits for <br /> clarification, Otak will provide written responses to the compiled comments and add any missing or expanded <br /> discussion text on topics or points in the review comments. Everett will publish the final SWCP. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • The City will consolidate and screen comments from reviewers to provide basis of direction to Otak <br /> • Otak will provide written responses to comments on the Draft SWCP, and text changes to the review <br /> comments.
