The City will update tables of Identified Habitat Issues and associated narratives in the section titled Summary of <br /> Habitat Characteristics and Identified Issues in each basin plan with updated fish barriers identified by WDFW. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • Up to six CIPs will be inserted into rating tables and CIP lists. <br /> • Everett will provide the CIP summary sheets including description, figure and estimated costs for two CIP <br /> projects that have been developed in-house. <br /> Deliverables <br /> Otak <br /> • Updated identified issues and severity rating matrix tables in the applicable basin plans <br /> • Updated the cost-benefit ranking table of the projects, and updated the recommended capital <br /> improvements projects table in chapter 3 of Volume 1 <br /> Everett <br /> • Updated fish barrier tables and descriptions associated with fish barriers in applicable basin plans <br /> • CIP summary sheets including description, figure and estimated costs for developed projects <br /> 440 Stormwater Infrastructure Inventory <br /> Everett will provide tables of length of mainline pipe greater than 16" diameter, number of water quality and flow <br /> control facilities, and number of outfalls in each basin in the stormwater infrastructure section of each basin plan. <br /> Otak will insert the tables provided by the City into each basin plan. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • No narrative will be added to the stormwater infrastructure sections of the basin plans. <br /> • Where there is no stormwater infrastructure section, one will be added, and the inventory tables will be <br /> added to those sections. <br /> • Since the tables will be provided by Everett, no rounds of review and written responses will be required. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Stormwater infrastructure inventory tables to be integrated into each basin plan <br /> 450 Volume 1 Updates <br /> Otak will support content updates of Volume 1 not otherwise specified in this scope of services as requested by <br /> the City on a time and materials basis in an amount not to exceed the budget identified for sub-task 450 in the <br /> attached fee estimate dated October 29, 2020. No work will be done on this task until authorized by the City's <br /> project manager. <br /> This task will also be used to decide on and memorialize terminology choices for use in the SWCP. Examples <br /> include"stormwater management actions", "stormwater management techniques", "stormwater management <br /> opportunities", "stormwater management strategies", "basin management strategies", etc. Otak's Project Lead will <br /> participate in an MS Teams meeting with Everett's Project Manager and other staff to define the terminology <br /> terms, then Everett's Project Manager will update the project definitions list in the SWCP and send the updated <br /> list to Otak for integration into the narrative of the SWCP being edited by Otak. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • Up to five new terms or phrases will be defined, with three rounds of review <br /> Receiving Waters Assessment and Update of Surface Water Comprehensive Plan 10 <br /> Scope of Work Otak <br />
