When it is to be communicated <br />Timmons Group will employ a proactive approach to project communication, consisting of the <br />components more fully defined below, to ensure the proper and efficient utilization of resources and the <br />timely delivery of products and services within the framework of the project Scope of Work. <br />1. Bi-Weekly Status Call and Minutes — Timmons Group's Project Manager will prepare an <br />agenda for and conduct a biweekly status call related to the specific work -in -progress of the <br />project team. The Project Manager shall record and report via meeting notes the results and <br />action items required Bi Weekly Status Calls can be regularly scheduled. <br />2. Monthly Status reports — Timmons Group's Project Manager will prepare monthly status reports <br />using the template presented on the following page Every other (roughly) biweekly status report <br />shall be delivered to the City's core team.
