City of Everett, Public Works Operations <br /> November 13, 2020 Project No. 200505 <br /> • The City will provide up to 10 years of data from the dredge contractor for the items <br /> outlined in Task 1. <br /> • A site visit prior to the test pitting outlined in Task 2 will not be required for marking or <br /> identification of test pit locations. <br /> • The City will provide equipment,personnel, materials,utility, and test pit location as <br /> needed to perform and backfill the test pits outlined in Task 2. Aspect will provide <br /> personnel for oversight and documentation of the work performed. <br /> • The number of samples or testing listed in Task 3 may be reduced based on the results of <br /> Task 1 or Task 2. If additional testing is required,those charges will be applied to Task 5. <br /> • Task 4 assumes that the City will update the existing operational plans for the landfill based <br /> on our recommendations in the provided deliverable. <br /> • For all drawings to be provided,the City will provide base maps,topographical surveys, <br /> and/or existing drawing requiring update in an AutoCAD compatible format. Where <br /> additional surveys are required to complete the drawings listed,the City or their <br /> subcontractors will provide survey support. <br /> • The City will conduct all coordination with regulatory authorities, as needed,for the work <br /> described in this proposal. Including the payment of any application or permitting fees. <br /> • All deliverables for this project will be submitted to the City electronically. <br /> Closing <br /> The above Services will be billed on a time and materials basis in accordance with the attached <br /> Schedule of Charges. We will notify you and obtain your authorization if additional effort above <br /> and beyond the estimated scope of this work is required. We will use a Contract Change Form to <br /> request your authorization for any changes to the above description of Services. This cost proposal <br /> is valid for 90 days unless extended in writing by Aspect Consulting.
