Deliverables <br /> for the additional on-call services will be arranged as work is directed by the City. Aspect will <br /> notify the City when 25 percent of the budget for the on-call services is remaining. <br /> Task 6 - Project Management <br /> Under this task, we will manage the work performed by Aspect, our subcontractors (if needed), and <br /> coordinate with City personnel for any work to be performed by the City. <br /> Schedule <br /> We are prepared to schedule our work to match your expectations. We are available to begin our <br /> data review task immediately. Some of our field work is expected to occur during winter 2020 and <br /> into late spring 2021, when dredging activity resumes. The timing for the sampling and observation <br /> of the test pit excavations will depend on the availability of City personnel and equipment to <br /> perform the work. <br /> Cost <br /> The services described above will be billed on a time and materials basis for an estimated fee not to <br /> exceed$47,720. A breakdown of this cost by task is provided in Table 1. <br /> Table 1.
