• <br /> October 14, 2020 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Everett Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map <br /> for Housing Hope at the Sequoia Field Site <br /> Council Member Bader asked for clarification if there is a binding clause requiring <br /> resident of this development to have student who attends Sequoia High School. <br /> Council Member Murphy asked what would happen over time as students living <br /> in these homes graduate from Sequoia High School and there will be no students <br /> in Everett Public Schools. He also requested information regarding equitable <br /> distribution of supportive housing throughout the city and if this should have been <br /> taking into consideration. <br /> City Attorney Hall stated that we can not regulate supportive housing or low- <br /> income housing any differently then any other type of multi-family housing. <br /> David Stalheim, Planning, stated that the policy on concentration of housing is a <br /> • consideration for project funding proposals. <br /> Council Member Vogeli stated that the priorities for potential residency are listed <br /> in the Everett Public Schools lease agreement with Housing Hope. <br /> Council Member Vogeli requested more information regarding the source of <br /> equitable distribution of supportive housing numbers. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING - COUNCIL BILLS 2009-51 and 2009-52: <br /> President Tuohy opened the public hearing regarding Council Bills 2009-51 and <br /> 2009-52.
