Susy stated she would provide this information. <br /> Street Overlay/Street Improvements: <br /> Susy stated that the presentation reflected the Council's recommendation to <br /> move general funds from the streets budget due to the State Supreme Court's <br /> decision to declare 1-976 unconstitutional, and allow the City to collect a portion <br /> of car tab fees. Council Member Murphy asked if the Council members were all in <br /> favor of this move. All Council members concurred, except Council Members <br /> Vogeli and Bader, who stated they were uncertain based on a potential <br /> reevaluation by the State Supreme Court. <br /> Council Member Moore asked if the Transportation District Board should meet to <br /> • <br /> discuss any decisions. David Hall and Ryan Sass stated they would investigate this <br /> and get back to Council. <br /> Susy provided the City deficit overview of the next five years. Council members <br /> discussed continuing the budget discussion and pondering additional changes. <br /> Council Member Roberts asked when the Fiscal Advisory Committee will be <br /> presenting to Council. Lori stated they are meeting tomorrow and will discuss <br /> potential dates. <br /> President Tuohy announced that the next meeting is a special meeting scheduled <br /> for Tuesday, November 11, at 12:30 p.m., to accommodate the Veteran's Day <br /> holiday.
