• <br /> November 4, 2020 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—ON-CALL ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 4 with GeoEngineers, Inc. to <br /> extend the contract term through December 31, 2021, for on-call engineering <br /> and design services. <br /> AGREEMENT- FFY 2021 TARGET ZERO GRANT PROGRAM <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreements with <br /> the Washington Traffic Safety Commission, regarding the acceptance and <br /> utilization of the FFY 2021 Target Zero High Visibility Emphasis Grant Program. <br /> Council Member Vogeli asked about the purpose and scope of the grant, and if <br /> the funds were solely used for overtime patrols. <br /> Police Chief Dan Templeman stated that the grant focuses on traffic safety - <br /> • pedestrian and bicycle safety, cell phone usage, inattentive or aggressive driving, <br /> and driving under the influence patrols. Chief Templeman stated the grant funds <br /> are for extra/overtime patrols. <br /> AGREEMENT- FFY 2021 TARGET ZERO PEDESTRIAN SAFETY GRANT <br /> PROGRAM <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreements with the <br /> Washington Traffic Safety Commission, regarding the acceptance and utilization <br /> of the FFY 2021 Target Zero Pedestrian Safety Grant Program. <br /> This item was pulled from the agenda. <br /> AGREEMENT- SHAKEALERT EVALUATION LICENSE <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign the ShakeAlert Evaluation License Agreement at <br /> no cost to the city. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> • <br /> 349 <br />
