The Subrecipient agrees to track outcome performance measures as required by the U.S. <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the City. The Subrecipient will report <br /> the outcomes to the City on the following schedule: <br /> Performance Period Report Due <br /> April 30, 2020 — October 31, 2020 November 30, 2020 <br /> November 1, 2020 — February 29, 2021 March 31, 2021 <br /> March 1, 2021 — May 30, 2021 June 30, 2021 <br /> Reporting forms must be in the format acceptable to the City of Everett. Exhibit "E" shall be used <br /> for all reporting requirements under this agreement. <br /> E. Staffing <br /> [List of staff and time commitments to be allocated to the activity specified in I.A. above] <br /> .20 Community Resource Coordinator <br /> .045 Executive Director <br /> .045 Regional Dir—Admin <br /> .045 Financial Analyst <br /> II. Time of Performance <br /> Services of the Subrecipient shall start on the 30th day of April, 2020 and end on the 1st day of <br /> May, 2021. The term of this Agreement and the provisions herein shall be extended to cover any <br /> additional time period during which the Subrecipient remains in control of CDBG funds or other <br /> assets, including program income. The City may, at its discretion, extend the term of this Agreement <br /> to allow for the expenditure of unexpended funds. <br /> Ill. Budget <br /> The Subrecipient shall complete Exhibit "C", listing budgetary items in relation to the project. <br /> Any indirect costs charged must be consistent with the conditions of Paragraph II (C)(2) in Exhibit B <br /> of this Agreement. In addition, the Grantee may require a more detailed budget breakdown than the <br /> one contained herein, and the Subrecipient shall provide such supplementary budget information in <br /> a timely fashion in the form and content prescribed by the Grantee. Amendments to the budget must <br /> be approved in writing by both the Grantee and the Subrecipient. <br /> IV. Payment <br />
