STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) <br /> A. Project Introduction <br /> The City of Everett(City) provides Road/Paving/Walkways, Water Distribution/Transmission, Water <br /> Treatment, Wastewater Collection, Wastewater Treatment, Buildings/Facilities, Traffic & Signs, Traffic <br /> Signals & Lighting, Parks, Engineering & Fleet Administration asset maintenance services to its <br /> constituents. <br /> The City has embarked on this Asset/Work Management System project for the purpose of implementing <br /> a new technology system to improve the organization's overall performance. This project will involve the <br /> implementation of the Cityworks Server AMS product. The Solution is comprised of the Cityworks Server <br /> AMS software, and the necessary professional services for successful implementation. Timmons Group <br /> will provide program management, and implementation services for installation of the Cityworks Server <br /> AMS Solution software for the City. Cityworks will provide the Cityworks Server AMS software and related <br /> customer service support. <br /> The City and Timmons Group will implement the solution with a phased approach. Timmons Group has <br /> reviewed the project schedule, their planned resource levels and the resources requested of the City (at <br /> the specified knowledge and skill level) in this SOW and the attached Project Schedule and has allocated <br /> adequate time and resources within the Not to Exceed Price to provide all deliverables in accordance with <br /> the Project Schedule and to meet the Go-Live timeframe. <br /> Upon execution of the City's Master Agreement, Timmons Group will provide a final project schedule for <br /> the City to review and approve, and its planned resources, to meet those requested by Timmons Group, <br /> and are in agreement with the project schedule and are committed to meeting project Start to Close <br /> timeframe. <br /> The definition of effort described in this SOW and the Project Schedule form the basis for the pricing of <br /> this project. Changes in scope to either or both that are requested by the City could result in cost <br /> changes, following the Change Control process outlined in the Agreement and this SOW. <br /> If Timmons Group fails to perform its obligations under this SOW in a mutually agreed upon time frame or <br /> to provide adequate resources to meet the completion dates set forth in the Project Schedule, resulting in <br /> a delay in the Project, Timmons Group shall provide the CITY with a written plan to resolve such failure <br /> and get the project back on schedule, which plan may include the addition of resources at Timmons <br /> Group's expense as necessary to remedy the delay prior to the next milestone. In no event will Timmons <br /> Group be entitled to a change in the Project Schedule for a delay that results from its failure to perform, <br /> provided, however, that the CITY may agree to an extension through the Change Control process to <br /> reflect changes in the Project Schedule beyond the Go-Live timeframe provided. <br /> If Timmons Group cannot provide any deliverable or perform any services in accordance with the Project <br /> Schedule as a result of the sole failure of the City to perform its obligations under this SOW in a timely <br /> manner, then Timmons Group may request any necessary extension of the Project Schedule. . <br /> B. Preliminary Project Plan <br /> This project will be serviced via our resources located in our corporate headquarters in Richmond, VA <br /> and locally via Timmons Group's Portland, OR location; as well as various other offices across the United <br /> States. <br /> The City is ready to begin implementation of the Cityworks Server Asset Management System (AMS) to <br /> organize, manage and track its enterprise assets with the Road/Paving, Water Distribution, Water <br /> Treatment, Wastewater collection. Wastewater Treatment, Building/Facilities, Traffic, Lighting, Parks, <br /> Engineering & Fleet Administration departments. Successful implementation of the Cityworks Server <br /> AMS solution as a core technology for the City's Asset/Work Management System requires a thorough <br /> understanding of all the individual processes and business intelligence applications embraced throughout <br /> 1 1Page <br />
