Everett has identified a number of desired integrations. Integrations with
Cityworks are aided by the underlying design of an open and non-proprietary datamodel. The approach
will be to fully understand the desired functional requirements first of each integration, then to leverage
where possible, existing integration efforts, then to either build a new or enhance an existing integration to
meet these functional requirements.
The following integrations will be designed, built and approved in writing by the Information Technology
Director:
1. GraniteNet
2. Cayenta
3. CivicPlus
4. CIS Infinity
5. Wonderware/SCADA
6. TRAKiT
7. Kronos—with custom built timekeeping tool
A Modified Agile methodology will be utilized to successfully implement heterogeneous systems
integrations/interfaces with Cityworks. The methodology is comprised of five(5) primary steps. The steps
include Planning, Build, Training, Production Deployment, and Post Production System Review. Once the
24IPage
