Our implementation team will use a four-step approach to meet the City's <br /> immediate reporting needs and ensuring they will be self-sufficient to create your own reports in the <br /> future. <br /> 1. Catalog Existing Reports—Our configuration team will work with the City to identify and catalog and <br /> prioritize all reports. <br /> 2. Create Identified Reports—Some examples include but are not limited to, the following types of <br /> reports: <br /> • Status of projects within a program. <br /> • Annual Regulatory Reports including the Department of Ecology Annual Surface Water <br /> Report <br /> • Annual Operational Asset Work Load Measurement reports (#of locates performed <br /> (broken out at least work group),# lights added!installed, #signals added /installed, <br /> #call outs, #signs installed, #service requests investigated) <br /> o Annual Operational Asset Status Reports by Work Group(#service requests received, # <br /> service requests open,#service requests closed) <br /> • Annual ADA Asset inventory report(#pedestrian ADA buttons installed) <br /> • Annual Bridge Inspection Status Reports <br /> o Annual Bicycle Master Plan Status Report <br /> a Current project status and in-flight activities. <br /> • Expected, actual, forecast completion dates. <br /> o Earned Value Analysis. <br /> a Issue status. <br /> • Budget. <br /> • Risks. <br /> 3. This <br /> will be as part of the Admin training. <br /> 4.
