As a Supervisor, I need the ability to view a detailed timesheet(daily and weekly view)for an <br /> individual team member so I can see details on individual time entries so I can review and make any <br /> TS-16 necessary adjustments before approval. <br /> As a Supervisor, I need the ability to adjust work order labor hour entries within the timesheet app for <br /> TS-17 staff that I manage so I do not need to open the work order in Cityworks to correct my staffs time. <br /> As a Supervisor, I need the ability to re-open an employee's timesheet that has not been approved so <br /> TS-18 the employee can make changes. <br /> TS-19 As a Supervisor, I need the ability to approve my staffs timesheets <br /> Users shall not be able to edit their time after submitting their timesheet for a pay period. The <br /> TS-20 timesheet will be locked from edits after it has been submitted. <br /> Upon timesheet approval,via the Timesheet app, labor hours shall be synced to Kronos so the time <br /> TS-21 can be reviewed and processed by payroll in Kronos. <br /> Edits made to time entries in Kronos prior to payroll processing shall be sent back to Cityworks and <br /> TS-22 the Timesheet app synchronizing changes across the systems. <br /> Phase 12,Task 29:City Responsibility: <br /> • Identify any additional functionality, reports, etc. Desired and communicate this to the Timmons Group <br /> • City of Everett will manage functional requirements, bug and feature tracking, and user acceptance testing <br /> Phase 12,Task 29: Timmons Group Responsibilities and Deliverables: <br /> • Development of Timekeeping application to meet functional requirements per the listing provided above and <br /> agreed to(signed approval required)by both City of Everett and Timmons Group <br /> • Development efforts exceeding the flat cost quoted to City of Everett are the responsibility of Timmons Group to <br /> bear <br /> Phase 12,Task 29: Assumptions: <br /> • Functionality to reflect agreed upon requirements per this scope of services, any functions not identified within <br /> this scope may require a change order. If any, these are to be negotiated with Timmons Group <br /> • City of Everett may agree to Software License Agreement provided to City of Everett under separate cover <br /> Annual support, maintenance and updates are addressed under Phase 11, Task 28 the Post Go-Live <br /> Stabilization Support task <br /> Phase 12,Task 29: Estimated Timeframe: <br /> a It is estimated that the development of the Timekeeper Application will require approximately 3 to 4 months. <br /> Development to run in parallel to project so as to not delay Go-Live and/or Training. <br /> Q. Project Deliverables <br /> Timmons Group Project Manager shall be responsible for the completion of the project deliverables and <br /> will work with the City's Project Manager to complete those deliverables listed in this Statement of Work. <br /> Timmons Group and the City Project Managers shall use the Timmons Group methodology and apply <br /> project management best practices throughout the course of Project. The City's PM is responsible for the <br /> City's deliverables with the same expectations. <br /> The deliverables for each phase are detailed with their corresponding Task. Reflective of these tasks is <br /> the overall implementation of Cityworks AMS consisting of the following components: <br /> • Service Requests <br /> • Work Orders <br /> • Condition Inspections <br /> • Reporting/Dashboards <br /> • Storeroom <br /> • Pavement Management Tool <br /> • CCTV(with GraniteNet integration) <br /> 40I Page <br />
