City of Everett <br /> Engineering and Environmental <br /> F L O Y D I SNIDER Consulting for Riverfront Project <br /> • Support to City and Herrera staff with landfill gas protection monitoring as required <br /> by the CD, consisting of the following: <br /> o Reviewing annual gas monitoring summary reports including discussion of results <br /> relative to gas probe locations and the landfill as well as tables and figures, <br /> prepared by Herrera, the City's landfill gas consultant. <br /> o Responding to Ecology comments and questions on results including attending <br /> meetings. <br /> Task 3B: Project Management <br /> • Overall project coordination, schedule and financial management, calls, and meetings <br /> to support the City with project strategy. <br /> • Overall project coordination, calls, and meetings with Ecology to discuss concerns not <br /> otherwise captured by the tasks above. <br /> • Support as needed for review and implementation of agreements between the City <br /> and Riverfront. <br /> o Support with coordination around the Landfill and Environmental Indemnification <br /> Agreement requirements for the City and Riverfront. <br /> • Response to on-call requests from the City, not associated with Task 1 or Task 2 <br /> activities. <br /> November 13,2020 Page 3 of 3 Scope of Work <br /> 3007 001 jf245212mx <br />
