It has previously contained a single <br /> family residence of approximately 1,500 square feet and a mixed use building approximately 3,200 square feet. A <br /> garage was located in the south west portion of the site. There was an outbuilding also on the site that was removed in • <br /> late 2011. There is an apartment building on the south portion of the site. Remaining areas consist of paved parking, - <br /> gravel areas and undeveloped and landscaped areas. <br /> • <br /> The proposed construction for this project includes one apartment building totaling 140 units as well as the <br /> associated underground parking garage,utilities,frontage and stormwater improvements.Specifically,the <br /> proposed site improvements/construction activities for this project include the following: • <br /> • Site preparation,grading,and erosion control activities • <br /> • Construction of 1 apartment building and associated underground parking • <br /> • Construction/installation of on-site water quality and flow-control facilities • <br /> • Frontage improvements to the west alley,32nd St., Broadway Ave.,and the alley to the west of the parcel - <br /> • Extension of available utilities(i.e.,water,sewer,etc.) <br /> • <br /> A site vicinity map of the proposed project location is enclosed herein as Appendix 1.A worksheet for determining <br /> the number of Minimum Requirements for this project has been prepared and is enclosed herein as Appendix 2. <br /> Minimum requirements 1-9 are required for this project.Table 1 below describes the land use of the proposed . <br /> drainage basins. • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> Broadway Apartments 4of 9 Stormwater Site Plan • <br /> • <br /> • <br />
