Required Permits: Grading, utility, paving, building,etc. • • Site Address: 3214 Broadway Avenue Everett,WA 98201 • Section,Township Range: Section 29,Township 29N, Range 5 NW,W.M. • • The proposed Broadway Apartments project is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Broadway Avenue • and 32nd Street, Everett,Snohomish County,Washington.The site is 0.76 acres. It has previously contained a single family residence of approximately 1,500 square feet and a mixed use building approximately 3,200 square feet. A garage was located in the south west portion of the site. There was an outbuilding also on the site that was removed in • late 2011. There is an apartment building on the south portion of the site. Remaining areas consist of paved parking, - gravel areas and undeveloped and landscaped areas. • The proposed construction for this project includes one apartment building totaling 140 units as well as the associated underground parking garage,utilities,frontage and stormwater improvements.Specifically,the proposed site improvements/construction activities for this project include the following: • • Site preparation,grading,and erosion control activities • • Construction of 1 apartment building and associated underground parking • • Construction/installation of on-site water quality and flow-control facilities • • Frontage improvements to the west alley,32nd St., Broadway Ave.,and the alley to the west of the parcel - • Extension of available utilities(i.e.,water,sewer,etc.) • A site vicinity map of the proposed project location is enclosed herein as Appendix 1.A worksheet for determining the number of Minimum Requirements for this project has been prepared and is enclosed herein as Appendix 2.
