Summary of Compliance On-Site 1111 The stormwater design complies with all 9 minimum requirements as follows: Minimum Requirement#1—Stormwater Site Plan Preparation—The Stormwater Site Plan has been completed in accordance with Chapter 3 of the 2010 City of Everett Stormwater Management Manual. • Minimum Requirement#2—Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention—A pollution prevention plan has been 41111 included in Appendix 9 which describes the 13 required elements. Further, an erosion control plan has been • prepared and is part of the engineering plan set.
