Please review and <br /> respond to the comments below. <br /> NON STRUCTURAL <br /> General <br /> 1. The allowable area for this building is governed by Section 506.2.3. Per that equation, <br /> the allowable area of the V-A building is 129,600. The actual area is shown at 129,825. <br /> As the difference is less than 1% of allowable, the building complies, however the <br /> information shown on Sheet CS.1 should be revised. <br /> 2. Sheet A5.2 shows the height of the building to be 74'-9" as measured from grade plane <br /> to the roof of the penthouse. The height need not be measured to the penthouse roof <br /> (which is a structure above the roof surface) but to the roof of the building. This revised <br /> measurement will then be less than the 70' maximum building height allowed. Section <br /> 504.3 <br /> 3. The scale referenced on Sheet A1.1 should be 1"=20'. <br /> 4. Electric vehicle charging infrastructure in accordance with WA State Amendment Section <br /> 427 should be detailed on the plans. <br /> 5. The plans should show that the stairway pressurization system will be provided with <br /> legally required standby power in accordance with Section 504.4.1 and will be special <br /> inspected in accordance with Section 1705.18. <br /> G7 <br />
