SCOPE OF WORK QJ HERRERA <br /> TASK 2 - COORDINATION OF LANDFILL GAS SYSTEM PERMITTING <br /> AND DESIGN (Ecology grant-eligible) <br /> Over the next several years, the Landfill Site is expected to be developed in several phases, involving <br /> multiple expansions of the Landfill Gas System. Herrera will provide support services to the City of <br /> Everett for permitting and design of modifications to the Landfill Gas System that are related to this <br /> site development and within the City's responsibility. Herrera will not bill the City for work that is <br /> within the scope of work being performed for the site developer. <br /> Herrera will coordinate the Landfill Gas System modification design documents submitted by the <br /> developer to ensure continuing compliance of Landfill Gas System operations with applicable <br /> regulations and agreements throughout stages of development and expansion on the Landfill Site, <br /> and assist the City in identifying, obtaining, and maintaining necessary permits for Landfill Gas System <br /> operation. <br /> Herrera may also design modifications to City-obligated portions of the Landfill Gas System that are <br /> needed to ensure proper operation of the City's system. Herrera will provide site visits, as requested, <br /> for related system observation, sampling, and monitoring. All routine sampling and monitoring will <br /> be applied to Task 1. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Meeting minutes of permit coordination meetings <br /> • Monthly status updates of coordination items <br /> • Design modification memorandums as required <br /> • Progress reports and invoices <br /> • Others as requested <br /> TASK PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> Herrera will be responsible for ongoing administration of the project, including preparing invoices <br /> and progress reports, as well as coordination of work efforts with the City's point of contact. Herrera <br /> will have regular contact with the City's point of contact on an as-needed basis. Overall project <br /> management costs will be billed to the appropriate tasks shown above. <br /> BUDGET <br /> The Client has authorized a not-to-exceed budget of $150,000. <br /> PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> The contract completion date is scheduled for December 31, 2023. <br /> Everett_LFG OMSupp,rt SOW doer <br /> November 16,2020 Page 2 of 2 <br />
