Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> 1. The Lower Floor Plan shows stairs going down from the area next to the <br /> garage interior door. Please correct. <br /> 2. Provide detail of the connection of the roof over the first floor entry and <br /> garage. <br /> 3. The left elevation drawing does not match the floor plan. Please correct. <br /> 4. All spaces shall be labeled for the intended use with a unique label. <br /> 5. Show all foundation ventilation openings on the foundation plan. <br /> 6. Provide 6 mil black vapor barrier in crawl space with edges lapped <br /> minimum 12 inches. Show requirement on plans. <br /> 7. Provide minimum 18" x 24" crawl space access. Show location on <br /> foundation plan. If access opening is in the floor, show the location on the main <br /> floor plan. <br /> 8. Stub-out #4 rebar at maximum 18" O.C. at all concrete landings at <br /> exterior entrance/exits. Show location of landings and reinforcing steel on <br /> foundation plan. <br /> 9. Specify on plans, landings are required to be not more than 7-3/4" below <br /> the finished floor. <br /> 10. The area of floor used for parking of automobiles or other vehicles shall <br /> be sloped to facilitate the movement of liquids to a drain or toward the main <br /> vehicle entry doorway. Show requirement on the plans. <br /> 11. Provide minimum 5/8-inch Type "X" GWB on the ceiling in the garage, <br /> and minimum%2" GWB on all walls supporting a living space above the garage. <br /> Show on the plans. <br /> 12. Provide the proposed height(elevation)of the structure on the Elevation <br /> PUBLIC WORKS Drawings, include the base elevation as determined from the height calculation. <br /> 13.
