Show all required handrails per R311.7.8 on floor plans and in section/detail drawings as applicable. <br /> Handrail ends shall be returned or shall terminate in newel posts or safety terminals. Show <br /> requirement on plans. <br /> 19. Lighting equipment. A minimum of 75% of lamps in permanently installed lighting fixtures shall be <br /> "high-efficacy" lamps. Please correct this note on the plans. <br /> 20. Provide attic ventilation calculation.Show location of attic ventilation on roof plan including inlet and <br /> outlet openings. <br /> 21. Provide calculations for stud walls over 10 feet in height supporting a roof and/or floor load (adjacent <br /> to stairs). Provide detail of construction at 2-story wall. <br /> 22. Specify the size of the whole house fan based on Tables M1507.3.3(1) (continuous operation) and/or <br /> M1507.3.3(2) (intermittent operation). <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building <br /> Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. <br /> Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International Residential Code <br /> (IRC), and/or the 2015 Washington State Residential Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of <br /> Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. <br /> These comments address building issues only.Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments(such as Utilities,Traffic,Planning or Fire).
