Specific Plan Review comments: <br /> The plans must be consistent with the applicable standards and details in Section 4 of <br /> the City's Design and Construction Standards. The details of the control structure and restrictor unit must meet City standards— <br /> (i.e., drawing numbers 415 and 416 of the City's Design and Construction <br /> Standards and Specifications (DCSS)). <br /> Response: City of Everett Details 415 and 416 have been added to Sheet <br /> C3.11. <br /> b. SDCB#11 must be a catch basin meeting City standards. <br /> Response: SDCB #11 has been changed to a 48"Type 2 structure per City <br /> standards. It should be noted that, because of other storm adjustments, <br /> SDCB #11 is renumbered as SDCB #12. <br /> c. Storm drains that have been abandoned and/or are no longer active should not be <br /> shown on the Area A and B storm drainage and utility plans. Otherwise, these <br /> pipes will end up in the City's GIS database and make it even more difficult to <br /> figure out what's draining where... <br /> Response: Abandoned storm lines have been removed from the plan <br /> sheets. <br /> d. The following performance standard for BMP T5.13 shall be included on the storm <br /> drainage plans: <br /> BMP T5.13: Post-Construction Soil Quality and Depth <br /> Soil Quality: All areas subject to clearing and grading that have not been covered <br /> by hard surfaces, incorporated into a drainage facility, or engineered as structural <br /> fill or slope shall demonstrate the following at project completion: <br /> 1) A topsoil layer with a minimum organic matter content of 10%dry weight in <br /> planting beds and 5%organic content in turf areas, with a pH from 6.0—8.0 <br /> matching the pH of the undisturbed native soil. <br />
