All <br /> assumptions MUST be checked. If any assumption is found to be inaccurate Nickerson Engineering shall be <br /> immediately notified so that the appropriate changes can be made to this repoR. <br /> Assumptions are as follow: <br /> 1. The tower was constructed as specified in the previous structural analysis report. <br /> 2. The tower is in good condition with no deterioration, rot, or other damage which could cause a reduced <br /> capacity. <br /> 3. The tower has been properly maintained in accordance with TIA standards. <br /> 4. The tower has not been modified in any way. <br /> 5.
