REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #2020-061 PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP -- PARK PROPERTIES <br />4.03 REVENUE PROPOSAL AND OTHER FINANCIAL BENEFITS <br />Provide a complete price proposal describing the financial revenue or other financial benefits <br />offered. <br />• Describe the suggested revenue model, include anticipated or forecasted revenue from your <br />proposal and proposed city compensation. <br />T&L Nursery has been approached by a large U.S. (retail sales) company to supply <br />plants and have them available via mail order to the U.S. market place. T&L Nursery <br />will grow the plant material, pack the plants, and ship the plants to the company's <br />customers. Due to the nature of this agreement (signed Non -Disclosure Agreements), I <br />am currently unable to supply you the name of the customer. Because this project is <br />just coming together (mid October), T&L Nursery is seeking additional growing <br />facilities to get the project started. Should this partnership succeed, we foresee <br />continuing this relationship with the City of Everett and maintaining their facilities to <br />assist with future program expansion. <br />T&L Nursery is offering $1500 / month for the use of the greenhouse complex which <br />includes the use of 2 non -heated greenhouse structures, 3 heated greenhouse <br />structures, and 1 building attached to the gutter connected heated greenhouses (2). <br />T&L Nursery is not interested in the Horticulture Office / classroom building. PLEASE <br />NOTE: the (2) gutter connected heated greenhouses and the corresponding head <br />house are pictured, but not labeled on pages 9 or 25 of the Public Private Partnership - <br />Park Properties proposal 2020-061. Those 3 buildings within the greenhouse complex <br />are crucial to this offering. They must be included in this offering. <br />• Describe and include the value of any of any capital improvement that will be provided at no <br />cost to the City. <br />For the year 2021, we do not foresee any capital improvements to the greenhouse <br />complex. <br />• Describe any immediate tenant or asset improvements that we will gain as a result of your <br />project. <br />The City of Everett will have a reputable commercial horticultural business operating <br />and maintaining their facility. Someone you can trust with over 30 years of <br />experience in maintaining a facility of this nature. <br />1 <br />
